Invoicing

Create your own invoice (CFDI 4.0) for your Raíz Selvas purchase, whether from our online store or from an order you placed on WhatsApp with Eko.

How does it work?

  1. Find your order: enter your order number (it is in your confirmation, for example 3637) and the total you paid.
  2. Fill in your tax details: RFC, name or company name exactly as it appears on your Constancia de Situación Fiscal (tax status certificate), tax regime, tax postal code and CFDI use.
  3. Create your invoice: review your details and you're all set. You can download it as a PDF and XML, and we'll also send it to the email address you enter.



Important

  • Only paidorders can be invoiced. If you paid by bank transfer, you can invoice as soon as we confirm your payment (we will let you know on WhatsApp).
  • You have up to 30 days after your purchase to create your invoice.
  • The invoice is issued with the date on which you create it.
  • Once created it cannot be changed, so please check your details carefully before submitting.
