Shipping Policy
Introduction
At Raíz Selvas, we work to make sure our botanical products and natural extracts reach your home safely and efficiently.
We ship throughout Mexico with reliable courier services, taking care of every order from preparation to delivery.
Our products are prepared and packed with special care to preserve their quality, since they are natural ingredients derived from traditional plants such as chilcuague. We also use recycled paper and cardboard to pack your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within approximately 24 business hours after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination:
- Mexico City and Metro Area: 2 to 5 business days
- Major cities in Mexico: 2 to 5 business days
- Remote areas: 5 to 12 business days
- Express shipping available in some regions of the country: 1 to 2 business days
- These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders of $1,500 MXN or more (VAT included) get free shipping anywhere in Mexico.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
Products Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help you.
We may ask for photos/videos of the product and packaging to review the case.
