At Raíz Selvas we work to ensure that our botanical products and natural extracts reach your home safely and efficiently.
We ship throughout Mexico using reliable courier services, taking care of each order from preparation to delivery.
Our products are prepared and packaged with special care to preserve their quality, as they are made with natural ingredients derived from traditional plants like chilcuague. We also use recycled paper and cardboard to package your order.
Order processing
All orders are processed within approximately 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times depend on the destination location:
- Mexico City and Metropolitan Area: 2 to 5 business days
- Major cities in Mexico: 2 to 5 business days
- Extended areas: 5 to 12 business days
- Express shipping available in some regions of the country: 1 to 2 business days
- These times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier service.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Occasionally we offer promotions with free shipping on orders that exceed a certain amount, which will be indicated in the online store.
Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct address.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Products damaged in transit
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please contact us within the first 48 hours after delivery so we can help you.
We may request photos/videos of the product and packaging to evaluate the case.
