Deadline for requesting a refund
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
To begin the process, you must write to our customer service email address indicating:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photographs and videos of the product that show its condition
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, the product must:

- Do not show damage from misuse
Once evaluated, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Refunds
Once approval is given, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
The processing times depend on each banking institution.
Defective products
