Return Request Window
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days after you receive your order.
To start the process, email our customer service team and include:

- Reason for the return
- Photos and videos that clearly show the condition of the product
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused
- Be in its original packaging
- Show no damage from misuse
Once we have reviewed your request, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Refunds
Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on each bank.
Defective Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us and we'll resolve it.
In these cases, Raíz Selvas will cover the replacement costs.
